Afternoon: After some rest, enjoy a scenic drive towards Budher Cave, which
involves a 5km hike through the picturesque landscape.
Evening: Return to the resort for a relaxed evening. Enjoy a cozy bonfire with
snacks and some light music.
Night: Conclude the day with a delicious dinner and an overnight stay at the
resort.
Visit the Tiger Falls, the highest waterfall in Uttarakhand, where you can enjoy
the pristine beauty of nature.
Later, head to Chirmiri Neck Top for a breathtaking scenic view and to witness
the vibrant sunset.
Evening: Depart for Delhi and enjoy an overnight journey back.
Early Morning: Arrive in Delhi, concluding your memorable Chakrata adventure.

- 30-59 days prior to departure: Full refund (0% cancellation fee).
- 15-29 days prior to departure: Full refund (0% cancellation fee).
- 7-14 days prior to departure: Full amount can be adjusted towards a future trip (0% cancellation fee).
- 0-6 days prior to departure: Non-refundable (100% cancellation fee applies).
- Note: GST (5%) and transaction charges (3%) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

- Driver Charges: Tolls, parking, and taxes for transport.
- Trekking Assistance: 24/7 assistance during the trek.
Price Excluded
- Any additional meals apart from those specified in the inclusions.
- Travel insurance and personal expenses such as porterage, tips, laundry, etc.
- Entry fees, charges for optional activities, room heaters, or tickets unless explicitly stated under inclusions.
- Additional cost for snow-chained or 4x4 vehicles if required due to heavy snowfall.
- Any expenses arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other events beyond our control.
- GST (5%) will be charged additionally.
- Any other expenses not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
Other terms
The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
The IDs will be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
The time of departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip Coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.
The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited during journey due to the health & safety of fellow passengers.
No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
RESVENTURE XPERTS shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incidents.
We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being!
An undertaking will be shared prior the booking or before the departure date of the tour which is mandatory for everyone to fill and sign. Boarding can be denied without undertaking submission.
Any damage to our booked properties/transportation by any individual will be charged from him/her only. Any injury during any activity, we will not be responsible for any mis-happenings
