Assemble at the designated boarding point in Delhi (RK Ashram Marg Metro
Station/Majnu Ka Tilla/Keshav Puram Metro Station) and meet your Trip Captain.
Begin your overnight journey to Tirthan Valley in a comfortable coach or private tempo.

The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Full payment of the trip cost must be made 24 hours before the trip begins. Pending payments may lead to the cancellation of your booking.

Valid Govt. ID is mandatory for boarding. No boarding will be allowed without a valid ID.

Transfer of bookings to another person is not permitted.

Only the names confirmed at the time of booking will be allowed to travel.

No refunds will be provided for any inclusions not availed by the client.

Travelers must take care of their luggage and belongings. The management is not responsible for missing items.

The departure time is fixed. Travelers must report to the pickup point 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.

Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the journey for the health and safety of fellow passengers.

No act of misconduct or indiscipline will be tolerated. We aim to provide a hassle-free and memorable experience for all travelers.

ResVenture Xperts Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays, alterations, or indirectly incurred expenses due to natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closures or other unforeseen incidents.

We do not provide any insurance policy covering sickness, accidents, theft or other losses.

Factors like weather, road conditions or participants' physical ability may require changes to the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes for safety, comfort, and general well-being.

Payment Policy

An advance payment of INR 3000/- per person is required to confirm your slot.

Failure to pay the advance may result in the cancellation of your booking at any time.

The remaining payment must be completed 24 hours before the trip starts.

Payment details will be shared when the WhatsApp group is created for the trip.
